During our pre-construction planning period. We will meet with you and strategize before your project starts. The goal is to build an understanding of the full scope of work for your project and its requirements.
Design & Drafting
This phase involves the creation of drawings and models to understand everything you the client is looking for and requires. We use computer programs to create the first draft of the architectural drawings. Once you approve the design after any requested modifications or revisions the plans are finalized before moving to the next phase.
During the preconstruction budget phase, we take your drafted plan and ideas and put together an itemized pricing list. This list is a proposed budget that includes everything from excavation, framing, all the way through shingles, cabinets, and paint colors. This budget is used to anticipate all costs and expenses throughout your project’s progress.
As your general contractor, we are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of your project. We manage the vendors, trades, and communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of your building project.
Our company performs as many trades on our own as possible including but not limited to, concrete, framing, siding, decking, flooring, cabinets, trim, and many other trade details of your building project.
